-Since 2016, Almelek has given 17 conferences on ‘Leadership’ to a total of 2500 audience.
-Additionally, between 2017 August-2018 August Almelek has given 35 speeches of ‘Charismatic Leadership: The Formula of Charisma’ to a total of 3000 audience.
-Overall in two years Almelek has personally spoke to 5500 people in 4 countries (Turkey, UK, Switzerland, Mexico, İran)

Company Info: Almelek was established by Mr. Yakup Almelek in 1967. The company has focused on mainly packaging industry of Turkey. Almelek has 3 business  models/divisions: Representations & Distributorships & Production

Job Description: Almelek has started to work in the family business upon return from the education in USA in 1995 firstly in all the relevant departments that Almelek is in duty: Production Department (as a worker), Accounting and Finance Department (receivables followup and financial reports), Sales Department (as a salesman), Management (as a trainee).

Mainly between 1995-1998 Almelek worked as a sales representative in marketing compounds manufactured at Almelek to 3-piece can packaging customers.
Between 1998-2002, Almelek acted as Marketing Manager

Siegwerk Turkey is the Turkey  branch of Siegwerk Global which has manufacturing plants in 36 countries around the  globe with 4500 employees and a turnover of 1.1 billion euros. It is ranked as no.3 largest printing ink manufacturer in the world.

Job Description: Establishing an infrastructure for İstanbul plant from the startup for Supply Chain Operations, Sales organization, Finance organization and ERP system, HSE setup, Technology organization with R&D and Quality control applications, HR organization, Export organization to Middle East, Turkic Republics and Romania and Bulgaria.  to ensure that the industry is integrated with the global ink industry. Between 2006-2014 Almelek formed a team of qualified people to form a totally new company.

After accomplishing the standards of Siegwerk Global organization, with newly selected qualified team members in both sales and technology all the business units have increased their market shares in Turkey:

Flexible Packaging Inks 6 to 23%,
Labels Printing Inks 0 to 35%,
Cardboard Packaging Inks 0 to 9%,
Tobacco Packaging Inks 5 to 30%,
Sheetfed/UV Printing inks in niche markets 0 to 75 %.
