Hello Mr. Almelek, Thanks for giving me the opportunity to share my feedback on the last lecture on “Charismatic Leadership: The Formula of Charisma”. It was a great session where we were able to learn that every Charismatic Leader has mostly every skill and techniques but the those who have a human touch and care for people and bring the togetherness among the people he is with can be the charismatic leader. And I learned a lot from the session and it was the most important learning I gain on that day to be Leader it need to develop a follower with the human connection who believe in the ideas and thought which I have and then we can continue to develop our plan to achieve a goal by building our understanding. It was a great learning session. I expect to have more of those session in future. If not in MBA program then also in future event where I can be apart of. Thanks a Lot for sharing your knowledge.
